International, Inc. Model #TEII-RCS-400 refrigerated
wastewater sampler is
a rugged and dependable sampler designed specifically to meet
the sampling requirements for industrial discharges and wastewater
treatment effluents. The sampler takes a "time weighted"
composite sample in a 2 gallon bottle, and is designed specifically
to meet wastewater sampling guidelines. The sampler is easy to set
up and to put into operation.
The TEII-RCS-400 refrigerated
composite sampler is designed for permanent installation indoors or
with a choice of our line of weather resistant fiberglass enclosures,
the sample can be installed outdoors.
Tipton Environmental
International, Inc. model TEII-RCS-400 includes the following
items:
- One (1) Refrigeration Unit
- Two (2) gallon polyethylene sample bottle for composite sample
- One (1) peristaltic sampling pump
- Control panel enclosed logic timer/controller
- One (1) 15' nylon sample pickup hose with removable debris strainer
- One (1) AC Power Supply.
Overflow Protection
The sample bottle is equipped with a float switch that automatically
turns off the sampler pump if the bottle becomes full.
Sample Size
The user can adjust the desired sample size (from 25 mL to 600 mL)
and sample internal (from 5 minutes to 4 hours).
Flow Proportional Sampling
An external pulse-type flow meter can control sample interval for
true flow proportional sampling.

Enclosure Protection - Weather resistant fiberglass enclosure designed
to house the refrigerated composite sampler outdoors. Enclosure
shall be outfitted with an air exhaust louver, support cabling for
hinged hood, and lockable clasp for tamper prevention
- Wastewater Sampler Datalogging Option - Records when the sampler
triggers and total rainfall, and the user can download data via
Palm Pilot or laptop. Includes single analog and dual pulse channel
datalogger with software and cables
- 4-20mA to Pulse Converter Module - This module is for use with
flow monitors that produce a 4-20mA output. There are two versions
available, one that pulses every 15 minutes at 20mA and one that
pulses every 30 minutes at 20mA. Please specify the unit conversion
that best suits your application at the time of order
