TIPTON FIBERGLASS CHEMICAL FEED SYSTEM

A prefabricated TIPTON chemical feed system shall be provided. The TIPTON chemical feed system shall house a 30 gallon solution crock. The equipment shall be protected by a weather and chemical resistant TIPTON fiberglass enclosure. The pump shall be controlled with an HOA switch with AUTO operation performed by a user settable 24-hour timer. The following items shall be provided with the chemical feed system:
  1. TIPTON fiberglass chemical feed enclosure
  2. One (1) Chemical Feed Pump, positive displacement diaphragm type
  3. One (1) Chemical Solution Tank, 30 gallons, with lid
  4. Chemical Feed System Controls consisting of motor starter, overloads,
    HOA operation switches, installed in CP-1 enclosure

Optional Accessories:

  • Heater with settable thermostat
  • Portable Mixer mounted to lid of solution tank
